Dr. Duggan is a board certified, fellowship trained Orthopaedic Sports & Arthroscopy surgeon. He attended medical school at the University of New England in Maine completing his Orthopaedic Surgery Residency at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ). Dr. Duggan has served as the athletic team physician for the University of California - Irvine as well as the interim physician for US Beach Volleyball in Southern California. He has served as the Head Team Physician for Laguna Hills and El Toro High Schools.

Daniel Duggan, D.O.
Sharoun Porat, M.D.
Dr. Porat is board certified in Orthopedic Surgery, with fellowship training in Sports Medicine and Arthroscopy. His treatment philosophy is centered on holistic care for orthopedic injuries, including both surgical and nonsurgical care. Growing up in Southern California, Dr. Porat graduated from UCLA with a degree in Molecular and Developmental Biology. He continued his studies at The Chicago Medical School where he obtained both his Medical Degree and a Masters in Applied Physiology. Dr. Porat’s orthopedic residency training was completed at SUNY Downstate in Brooklyn, New York. A proponent of patient-driven medicine, Dr. Porat strives to educate his patients on their conditions so that they may work together to make informed decisions regarding their treatment and optimize each individual’s personal care.
Sarah Perez is a native of Mission Viejo, graduating from Mission Viejo High School in 2005. Sarah has worked in Orthopaedics as well as Physical Therapy for the last 4 years, in reception as well as medical billing. She Enjoys yoga, stand up paddling, snowboarding and hikes with her dog Gracee. Currently she is studying Speech and Language Pathology with the hopes of working with children one day.
